What does Phos do?

Phos specializes in lighting design, hanging installations, and draping for weddings and events. From elegant uplighting and romantic string lights  and chandeliers to dramatic draping and statement installations, we create immersive environments that transform your venue.

Do you only work with weddings?

Nope! While weddings are a big part of what we do, we also design for galas, corporate events, private parties, and more. If you have a space and a vision (or need help creating one), we’re here for it.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Minnesota but work with clients nationwide. Whether your event is local or across the country, we’re happy to bring your vision to life—reach out to discuss your location.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible—especially for peak seasons (spring through fall). We recommend reaching out 6–12 months ahead of your event to secure your date and begin the design process.

Do you offer packages?

While most of our work is custom we do have some venue specific packages that are budget friendly.  To view those event spaces check out the venue page on our website.

Can you work with my planner/florist/venue?

Absolutely. We love collaborating with other vendors and work closely with planners, venues, and florists to ensure our design complements the overall vision. Not sure how it all fits together? That’s what we’re here for.

What happens after I inquire?

Once you reach out, our team will review your event details and get back to you within 24–48 hours. We’ll schedule a quick call or email chat to learn more about your vision, venue, and needs. From there, we’ll create a custom lighting and décor proposal tailored just for you. Easy, collaborative, and stress-free.

Do you offer just rentals or setup too?

Phos is a full-service team. We don’t just drop off lighting—we design it, install it, and make sure it’s perfect before guests arrive. After your event, we handle all teardown and removal.

Can you light an outdoor space?

Definitely. We love working with outdoor venues and can safely install lighting and draping in tents, gardens, patios, and other open-air environments. We’ll also make sure everything is weather-conscious and code-compliant.
